This is a post operative ortho/neuro unit. They have 30 beds with the ability to flex to 45 beds. Nurse/Patient ratio is 1-5 on day shift and 1-6 on night shift. We see post op ortho patients and post op neuro-spine patients. BCLS required, every other weekend, required to work 2 out of 5 winter holidays.
