Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse
to fill an opening with a large Healthcare Network based in Ithaca, NY.
Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse:
- The RSD will work collaboratively with their assigned RN coordinator to oversee daily clinical operations in the facility and supervise nursing staff
- Key components include resident assessments, building relationships with referral partners, providing clinical support, and mentoring staff
- Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Required Qualifications for Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse:
- Active RN license in NY
- Leadership/supervisory experience
- Clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications for Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse:
- Assisted Living/Senior Living experience

Pay Details: $80,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience) + up to 15% annual bonus
